Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist in various medical procedures, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires a strong foundation in primary care and emergency medicine, along with excellent patient assessment skills.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and take detailed medical histories.
- Provide primary care services, including family planning and preventive care.
- Perform medical procedures such as spinal taps and IV infusions.
- Administer injections and manage infection control protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patients’ conditions in various settings, including the operating room (OR) and emergency departments.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
- Educate patients on health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field.
- Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Strong experience in primary care, family planning, and Rheumatology is preferred.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and vital sign monitoring.
- Experience administering injections and performing procedures such as spinal taps is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of infection control practices within a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and maintaining high ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
