We proudly serve a diverse patient population and are looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, respiratory illnesses)
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications as needed
- Perform minor procedures, lab orders, and preventive screenings
- Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in [State] (or eligible for licensure)
- Board Certified (AANP, ANCC for NPs | NCCPA for PAs)
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care preferred
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

Pay: $105,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
