StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with one of the large healthcare systems in the Dallas / Fort Worth metro to assist them with recruiting additional Surgical Physician Assistant for this growing Cardiothoracic Surgery program and group.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications:
- Must be board certified NCCPA
- Practice will be focused mainly on Cardiac cases with some Thoracic cases
- Endoscopic Vein Harvesting required
- Position will consist of clinical duties, pre/post op rounding and First Assist role available
- Call Mon-Thu at Surgeon’s assigned site
- Weekend call shared 1:4 surgical rotation between two sites
The primary facility you will cover is a 314-bed hospital that has been committed to providing families in the south Dallas suburbs with a trusted choice for quality healthcare since opening its doors in 1975. This hospital is home to the only Level III trauma center and only Heart Failure Clinic in the region. Other highlights of the campus include robotic surgery and advanced surgical procedures as well as a new oncology unit for comprehensive cancer care. They have also earned the prestigious Magnet® designation for nursing excellence, which is only given to 8.28% of hospitals nationwide.
