Full Job Description
Diagnosis and Treat Multiple Primary Care/Internal Medicine health conditions including Diabetes, HTN, Hypothyroid, Hyperlipidemia, Musculoskeletal, Acute and Chronic conditions with a Medical Team of Advanced Practitioners and Physicians. Practice preventative medicine and patient education. Provide the highest quality of healthcare to all patient populations and continue to achieve the highest STAR ratings.
Locations: Locations in Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Coppell, Fort Worth, Farmer’s Branch, McKinney
Insurance Types Accepted: ALL Commercial, ALL Medicare and Medicare Advantage.
Patient Ages: 8 years old to Geriatric.
Ancillary Services (In house): Xray, General Sono, ECHO, Vascular Studies, ABI, EKG, Spirometry, Laboratory Services, ANS Testing, Neuroscan
EMR: Allscripts
Base Salary: Depending on Experience and Skill Set.
We are looking for a full time or part time provider willing to float.
Here’s the schedule for part time.
Mondays-GFMC
Fridays-Plaza
Saturdays-GFMC
These are all Dallas locations
Or
Thursday and Friday at Plaza
Saturday at GFMC
Also looking for a part time provider for our McKinney office for Mondays and Tuesdays.
Requirements
New Grads are Welcome. CEO is a previous Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern and current preceptor who loves teaching, guiding new grads and helping them transition into healthcare.
Benefits
Benefits are only for full time employees which is 32 hours.
Vacation: 3 Weeks after 1 one year of employment. 4 weeks at year 4. Additional Paid time off on major holidays: New Years Eve and New Years Day. Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
