Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing health needs and developing treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid healthcare provider certification or license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
- Experience in patient management and documentation
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
