We offer a base salary of $105,000, with additional compensation negotiable based on prior allergy PA experience.
Candidates with at least one year of PA experience are encouraged to apply, and we are open to discussing adjustments based on relevant clinical background.
IF YOU ARE NOT A LICENSED PA-C IN TEXAS, YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. HOWEVER, CONDITIONAL LICENSURE MAY BE CONSIDERED IF APPROVED BY THE TMB.

- Patient population (50% adults/50% pediatrics)
Required: Texas Medical Board License
- Candidates must have a minimum of one year of PA experience in a relevant specialty.
- Flexible, team-player, fast learner, not intimidated by challenging, fast-paced experience, strong interpersonal skills
- Efficient provider, capable of seeing up to 15-20 patients/day (Adult & Pediatric)
Preference:
- Ready to start ASAP
- Live within 30 minutes from the practice site
- Experience in fast-paced settings (i.e. Urgent Care/ED)
- Strong preference to individuals 1-2 years experience (esp in Allergy/ENT/Pulmonary)
- Strong preference for bilingual (Spanish) candidates
