Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of a physician- Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies- Develop and implement treatment plans- Administer medications, including injections, as directed by a physician- Perform minor procedures, such as suturing and wound care- Assist with airway management and ventilate patients when necessary- Provide pain management interventions- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment options- Participate in patient triage and prioritize care based on urgency
Requirements:
– Valid Physician Assistant license in TX- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program- Experience administering injections and performing minor procedures, such as suturing- Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology- Strong clinical skills in areas such as airway management, pain management, and pediatrics- Ability to triage patients effectively based on their medical needs- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $99,928.59 – $120,344.12 per year
