Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our medical team. As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our providers to provide high-quality patient care. Duties:
– Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations
– Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
– Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
– Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies
– Prescribe medications and administer treatments
– Provide patient education on disease prevention and management
– Perform minor surgical procedures
– Assist in the management of acute pain through various techniques, including medication administration and non-pharmacological interventions
– Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
– Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
– Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant
– Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
– Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $85,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
