Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

A leading Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation practice in Bryan, Texas, is seeking a dedicated provider to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside a highly respected, board-certified pain management physician, managing a diverse patient panel and providing exceptional care. Our practice specializes in a non-surgical, interventional approach to pain management, with a primary focus on spinal conditions. We are dedicated to identifying the source of pain and restoring function through advanced diagnostic techniques and personalized treatment plans. You will be responsible for conducting new patient evaluations and follow-up appointments, collaborating closely with the physician to ensure seamless and effective patient care. Our patient population is growing, and we are looking for a provider who is eager to make a meaningful impact.
We are seeking a provider who is a self-starter, possesses excellent clinical and communication skills, and is committed to our philosophy of compassionate care. While some clinical experience is preferred, we are open to a provider who is eager to learn and grow within the specialty of pain management. You will have a significant degree of autonomy in managing your patient schedule, with the full support of an experienced physician and a dedicated administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive new patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Manage follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Collaborate with the lead physician on complex cases and contribute to a team-based approach to care.
- Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using our eClinicalWorks EHR system.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current Texas state license or eligibility to obtain.
- DEA license.
- Some clinical experience is preferred, but not required.
- A background in pain management, orthopedics, or a related musculoskeletal specialty is a plus.

Schedule
