Physician Assistant – Plastic Surgery Opportunity!

Job Description: In this role, you will assist in a variety of surgeries including bottom surgeries, breast augmentation, and cranial facial surgeries, providing compassionate care to the transgender community. Our practice is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their desired outcomes through specialized plastic surgeries. This position involves a balanced work schedule with 40-hour workweeks, primarily spending four days in the OR and one day in the clinic.

Job Type: This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule arrangement.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the state of Texas
• Experience in surgical practice (plastic surgery, orthopedic surgery, or cardiovascular surgery preferred)
• Open to new graduates with relevant surgical rotations and exposure to the LGBTQ+ community

Compensation and Benefits:

• $150,000 – $185,000+
• Monthly RVU bonuses ranging between $1,500 to $2,800

Schedule:

• 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
• On-call one weekend per month with the expectation of monthly rounding.
