Full Job Description

We’re in search of a proficient RN/NP/PA aesthetic injector tasked with administering cosmetic injectables such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Our ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for skincare and beauty, along with a steadfast dedication to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Prior experience or a readiness to undergo training for this role is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Aesthetic Injector:

  • Conduct consultations with clients to evaluate their cosmetic needs and aspirations.
  • Engage in discussions about treatment options, advantages, and potential risks.
  • Offer recommendations tailored to each client’s goals and medical history.
  • Execute cosmetic injections following established safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform precise and careful administration of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments.
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and realistic expectations.
  • Address any inquiries or concerns the patient may have regarding the procedure.
  • Maintain meticulous records of patient consultations, treatment plans, and injection procedures, documenting product usage, adverse reactions, and complications.
  • Adhere strictly to all regulatory standards, guidelines, and protocols concerning cosmetic injections.
  • Ensure thorough sanitation and sterilization of equipment and treatment areas.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and safety protocols.
  • Arrange follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and results, making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Remain updated on advancements in cosmetic procedures, techniques, and products through continuous training and professional development opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients based on trust and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Valid RN, NP, or PA licensure in Texas.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy.
  • Accurate handling of medical documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
