We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our busy ENT practice in North Austin. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established team that provides exceptional care in the fields of general ENT, with a specialty in sinus, snoring, sleep apnea, and allergy treatments.
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and driven individual with an excellent bedside manner who can help us maintain the highest level of patient care. The Physician Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our practice by primarily managing post-operative and follow-up patients, allowing our physician to focus on new patient consultations and specialized treatments.
Dr. Slaughter will provide the care plan for all new patients, ensuring that Physician Assistants have clear direction to follow as they lead patient care for follow up appointments. This structured approach allows for continuity of treatment while giving PAs the confidence and guidance needed to deliver the highest standard of care.

Our practice is led by Dr. Daniel Slaughter, the founder of Sinus & Snoring Specialists, who brings over 25 years of experience in Otolaryngology and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Slaughter has been instrumental in the development and FDA approval of balloon sinuplasty technology, a groundbreaking advancement in sinus treatment. Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
