We are seeking an experienced NP/PA Aesthetic Injector with advanced wellness training to join our growing team. Position Overview
The Aesthetic Injector & Wellness Provider will deliver comprehensive injectable treatments and wellness services including peptide therapy, weight-management programs, hormone optimization (HRT), and general holistic health support. This role blends advanced aesthetic artistry with functional wellness principles to help patients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities
Aesthetics
- Perform comprehensive full-face consultations with an emphasis on facial balancing, harmony, and natural results
- Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and regenerative treatments
- Create customized treatment plans that align with FĀC Aesthetics’ elevated, holistic philosophy
- Follow all safety, documentation, and compliance protocols
Wellness Services
- Provide evidence-based guidance and treatment in:
- Medically supervised weight loss
- Peptide therapy
- Hormone optimization / HRT
- Lifestyle and foundational health recommendations
- Order and interpret basic labs related to wellness protocols
- Deliver education that connects internal health with external aesthetic outcomes
- Develop personalized wellness plans for ongoing care
Patient Experience
- Maintain a luxury, patient-centered experience with exceptional communication
- Build long-term relationships through trust, education, and follow-up
- Uphold our refined brand voice and commitment to natural, balanced results
Marketing + Growth
- Actively promote treatments through Instagram, Reels, educational content, and personal branding
- Help generate organic growth through consistent, polished social media presence
- Attend trainings, events, and team initiatives to support practice expansion
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive, elevated atmosphere
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with active Texas license
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience required (full-face experience strongly preferred)
- Strong artistic eye and understanding of facial anatomy
- Experience or advanced interest in:
- Weight-loss protocols
- Peptides
- HRT / hormone optimization
- Holistic health principles
- Strong ethics, professionalism, and patient-first mindset
- Proven ability to grow and retain a patient base
- Active social media presence (or willingness to develop one)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Passion for ongoing education and advanced training

Pay: $40.00 – $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
