Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant

We provide care across the state touching the lives of more than 30,000 patients annually.As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term quality health.
Requirements:
- Must be a nurse practitioner or physician assistant licensed to practice as a practitioner in the Tennessee.
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret medical history; obtain and examine patients for medical history purposes
- Develop and implement treatment plans utilizing basic research methods based on medical knowledge and guidelines of the medical community
- Provide education to clients on numerous primary care health needs.
- Conduct physical examinations of clients…including vital signs, blood pressure, weight and height etc…and review medical records in-house by using medical software provided by the facility
- Maintain and update patient records in medical software provided by management
- Ability to work with all levels of administration as well as staff to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures and answer questions as needed or requested by clients or owners.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
