We are actively hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a well-established on-site employee health and wellness clinic serving a major employer in the Springfield, TN area. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
- Provide patient education and preventive care counseling
- Perform minor in-office procedures such as suturing and I&Ds
- Coordinate care and make referrals as needed
Full-time providers may also serve as the on-site clinical lead, supporting communication and clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Family Practice or Primary Care experience required
- Acute Care, Urgent Care, or Primary Care experience strongly preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years clinical experience (NP candidates must have prior RN experience)
- Active, unencumbered Tennessee license
- BLS Certification
- DEA and DOT Certification preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Prior outpatient or clinic experience preferred
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Schedule may vary slightly depending on PT and PRN staffing needs
