PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT – ENT EXPERIENCE PREFERREDCOMMUNITY

ROLE

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review and physical exams, focusing on ENT-related concerns.
  • Diagnose and manage a variety of conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, such as infections, allergies, hearing loss, tinnitus, voice disorders, sinus problems, and more.
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests, including audiometry, CT scans, MRIs, and lab work, as needed for ENT conditions.
  • Assist in the management and treatment of patients undergoing ENT procedures, including pre- and post-operative care.
  • Prescribe medications and recommend non-pharmacological therapies, such as lifestyle modifications or referrals to specialists (e.g., audiologists, speech therapists).
  • Perform minor ENT procedures, such as ear wax removal, nasal endoscopies, and management of epistaxis (nosebleeds).

SKILLS

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program
  • National certification in Family, Adult, Acute Care, or Otolaryngology (preferred).
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Have an active, non-probationary state license
  • Be highly collaborative & enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
