Responsibilities
Ascension Saint Thomas Howell Allen Clinic is seeking to hire a PRN NeuroSurgery APP to join our team in Nashville, Tn.
Position Highlights:
- PRN opportunity
- Rounding on Inpatients in both Ascension Saint Thomas West and Midtown Hospitals
- Experience in Spine/Ortho/Neuro along with ICU experience is a plus

- With 541 licensed beds it provides adult specialty healthcare to the more than two million residents of Middle Tennessee, Southwestern Kentucky and Northern Alabama.
- Advanced Comprehensive stroke center
- The largest adult cardiac surgery and most comprehensive structural heart program in the region
- Saint Thomas Health and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) have an established partnership in Middle Tennessee for training medical residents in a variety of specialties including internal medicine, family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and general surgery.

- The hospital is one of the largest in the state with 683 licensed acute and rehab care beds and covers nearly 2 million square feet and spans more than six city blocks.

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Physician Assistant credentialed from the Tennessee Committee on Physicians Assistants obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 1 year of experience preferred.
