Location: Nashville, TN

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-TimeCompensation: $100,000 + annually (based on schedule and volume)

About Us

We’re a physician-led dermatology group opening a new operations and care center in Nashville, TN. Our practice model is built around clinical quality, physician autonomy, and smart support systems – not volume quotas or rushed appointments.

We’re now hiring a Physician Assistant (PA) for a hybrid role that includes in-person care and telehealth services, all supported by a streamlined infrastructure and a highly trained team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide general dermatologic care to patients through both in-person visits and secure telehealth platforms
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, and perform skin cancer screenings
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and skincare best practices
• Collaborate with scribes and support staff to streamline your clinical workflow
• Optional: Offer cosmetic dermatology services if desired

What We Offer:

• Guaranteed base salary with bonus potential; earnings typically range from $100,000 to $200,000+
• No RVU or volume requirements — you control your clinical pace
• Flexible scheduling: 3-, 4-, or 5-day weeks available

Requirements:

· Valid Tennessee PA license (or ability to obtain) with active NCCPA certification in good standing.

· Minimum of 1 year of dermatology experience preferred.

• Must meet eligibility requirements for licensure and payer credentialing
• Comfort with EMR systems and telemedicine workflows
• Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset
