Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role requires a strong background in various medical practices, including emergency medicine and memory care, as well as proficiency in medical imaging and laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and identify needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
  • Perform phlebotomy and other laboratory procedures as required.
  • Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding their conditions and wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients, particularly in medical-surgical settings.
  • Respond to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant discipline.
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.
  • Acute Care designation or training with pediatric patients.
  • Strong knowledge of medical-surgical practices, emergency medicine, and memory care protocols.
  • Proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment techniques.
  • Experience with medical imaging systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
