About Us
Beacon Sleep Services, PLLC is a patient-centered sleep medicine clinic dedicated to diagnosing and treating sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, and narcolepsy. We partner with Regional Health Diagnostics, Inc. (RHD) to provide comprehensive sleep testing services across multiple locations in Tennessee.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong interest in sleep medicine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sleep medicine, pulmonary, neurology, or primary care and be eager to help patients achieve better sleep health.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive sleep disorder evaluations, including detailed sleep and medical history assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, including CPAP/BiPAP therapy, alternative therapies, and medication management.
  • Educate patients on sleep hygiene, CPAP compliance, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Interpret sleep study results and collaborate with physicians on treatment plans.
  • Manage follow-up care to ensure patient adherence to prescribed therapies.
  • Work closely with sleep technologists, respiratory therapists, and durable medical equipment (DME) providers to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Stay up to date on best practices and emerging treatments in sleep medicine.

Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with an active Tennessee license (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in sleep medicine, pulmonary, neurology, or internal medicine.
  • Experience with CPAP therapy, sleep study interpretation, and sleep disorder management is a plus.
  • Strong patient education and counseling skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
