Position Requirements:

. State License as an APRN or Physician Assistant

· ACLS/BLS preferred

· Interventional experience preferred

. Family Healthcare setting

Experience Level: More than 1 Year in Family Healthcare

Job Duties:

. Assessment of Health Status

. Performs and documents in the medical record a complete history and physical examination for patients

. Formulates Plan of Care

. Identifies expected outcomes from diagnosis, and formulates and documents a plan of care to address complex acute and chronic health care needs

. Documentation is timely, meets acute care compliance standards and captures patient care

. Prescribe and manage therapeutic interventions, including pharmacologic, non-pharmacologic treatments

. Additional duties may be assigned as needed

Pay: Dependent on experience
