Fastest growing HRT company seeking a mid-level provider for the role of a Center Director for our Hendersonville clinic!

The role of CD entails direct patient interaction, treatment of patients through defined, established, and peer-reviewed protocol; along with full evaluation of the root cause of this condition. The CD is responsible for administrative functions that directly impact medical services, operations, and management team in overall success of The Low T Center. The CD also has supervisory of the support staff consisting of medical assistants and receptionist. this clinic has incredible potential for growth and needs a growth minded center director. Compensation does increase with growth.

Overview

SynergenX-Low T Center-HerKare are leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. Currently are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients’ lives.

Center Directors work in conjunction with a physician medical director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido), and aesthetic services (some locations). Minimal Supervisory duties of support staff.

Responsibilities:

Under general supervision of the Medical Director and in collaboration with the administrative team; the Center Director (CD) implements the medical practice delivery model in accordance with the protocols of the company. The CD duties include staff supervision and are responsible for the implementation, oversight, and day-to-day management of the clinic. CD will perform patient care and administrative tasks. In addition to the clinical skills necessary for this role, a CD should have good analytical and problem-solving skills to deal with health care regulations and find creative solutions to administrative issues. Communication and attention to detail are a key skill in this role, as are interpersonal skills, which are critical to providing leadership and motivating staff. Technical skills related to health care technology are also vitally important. The CD is responsible for administrative functions that directly impact medical services, operations, and management team in overall success of the company. The CD delivers quality services to all patients and ensures the daily operations of the clinic.

Requirements:

ACTIVE Licensed Physician Assistant, or Advanced Practice Nurse in Tennessee REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 1-year experience as an APRN/PA outside of clinical rotations REQUIREMENT

DEA Registration for Tennessee current REQUIREMENT

Prior management or supervisory experience of 2 years required

Available M-F following clinical hours and required 1 Saturday per month (8a-12p)

Training:

2 Straight weeks Monday to Friday. Travel is paid for minus incidentals, 1 week in Houston, rest of training in Hendersonville, Training is paid as well.

Compensation:

This Center Director Provider position earns a base salary for M-F and $400 each Saturday shift (1 per month required) which adds an additional $5,200 to your base when doing only 1 Saturday per month.
