Nurse Practitioner Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic dermatology/aesthetics to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a confident, client-focused provider who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
This is a part-time position with flexibility, growth potential, and the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on clinic needs and provider interest.
Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox/Dysport, dermal filler, Sculptra, PRF, etc.)
- Conduct laser consultations and treatments (BBL, Moxi, hair removal, etc.)
- Develop and oversee personalized treatment plans for aesthetic and wellness clients
- Provide hormone replacement therapy consultations, lab reviews, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with medical protocols
- Collaborate with our team to support patient education, retention, and satisfaction
Experience
- Licensed NP or PA in the state of Tennessee (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic dermatology (injectables and lasers)
- Strong aesthetic eye and a gentle, conservative approach to cosmetic treatments
- Comfortable with wellness services including hormone therapy
- Professional, approachable bedside manner and commitment to client care
- Ability to work independently while aligning with our brand’s values and protocols
