inFORME healthcare is looking for a dynamic, clinically adept Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with our Physician leaders to manage inpatients at very busy long term acute care hospital in Chattanooga, TN area. The patient diagnostic complexity involves managing trach/vent/respiratory patients with multiple co-morbidities. Therefore, you must be comfortable managing acute changes in place.
This position would involve working part time, 3 days per week with potential for full time to manage patients and collaborate with our Hospitalists.
Additionally, you would collaborate with corporate leadership to assist in maintaining optimal momentum of the program and implementing our proprietary protocols to achieve clinical outcomes. We are seeking a dynamic and talented NP/PA to join our team!

Experience – Minimum three to five years of acute inpatient hospital experience as a physician assistant or a nurse practitioner is required.
Education – Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification with the State of Tennessee.
