Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Orthopedics
Sport Ortho is currently seeking a highly motivated Orthopedic PA or NP with an entrepreneurial attitude to be a Float Provider in the South region, covering Brentwood, Antioch, Spring Hill, Murfreesboro, Lawrenceburg, and Manchester.
Within the Sport Ortho model, our providers work together daily to provide comprehensive orthopedic care including on-site medical imaging, regenerative medicine, manual therapy, sports medicine, and physical therapy services.

Medical specialties:
- Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine
Licenses or certifications:
- PA or NP Tennessee State License
- NCCPA or AANP Board Certification
- Active DEA License
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
Experience:
- working as an APP in Orthopedics or Urgent Care Clinic: 1 year (Required)
