Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 annually

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team. This full-time position will involve providing high-quality care to patients at both Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital and Shah Medical Clinic in Sioux Falls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and internal medicine, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and nursing staff, to coordinate patient care.
- Provide ongoing medical management and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in South Dakota.
- Certification from an accredited NP or PA program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation, internal medicine, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
