Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM | Friday 7:30 AM–12:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and values both autonomy and collaboration. This role will serve as the primary provider in the Columbia clinic, offering the opportunity to manage patient care independently while helping shape the clinic’s culture and patient experience.

The team emphasizes minimally invasive, interventional procedures designed to reduce or eliminate pain and help patients regain independence and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations
  • Review diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and clinical progress
  • Develop, document, and communicate individualized care plans
  • Perform daily patient evaluations and follow-up care
  • Order medications, labs, and diagnostic testing
  • Interpret results and collaborate with the care team as needed
  • Educate and counsel patients on treatment options
  • Manage your own patient panel while maintaining high standards of care

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Licensed (or eligible) in South Carolina
  • BLS certification and NPI required
  • Open to new graduates; prior APP experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
