Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Wellness & Integrative Medicine
About the Opportunity:
A growing concierge-style wellness and medical practice is seeking a passionate and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. Our practice blends functional medicine, hormone optimization, preventive care, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic wellness services to help patients achieve optimal health and vitality.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a provider with experience—or a strong interest—in:
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT, TRT, women’s and men’s health)
- Functional and Integrative Medicine
- Preventive and Primary Care
- Wellness and Lifestyle Medicine
- Regenerative Medicine
- Aesthetic/Med Spa Treatments (preferred but not required)
The ideal candidate enjoys building long-term patient relationships, takes a proactive approach to health optimization, and thrives in a collaborative practice environment.
Schedule
Full-Time Preferred
- Monday–Thursday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Part-Time Considered
- Three days per week
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, health histories, and physical examinations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Manage hormone replacement therapy and wellness-focused treatment programs
- Provide preventive and primary care services as appropriate
- Educate and coach patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and health optimization strategies
- Administer medications and treatments, including injections and IV therapies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in South Carolina (required)
- Experience in functional medicine, hormone optimization, wellness medicine, primary care, or aesthetics preferred
- Strong patient communication and relationship-building skills
- Compassionate, self-motivated, and eager to continue learning and growing professionally
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
