• Develop personalized treatment plans alongside top-tier physicians.
• Perform and interpret cutting-edge diagnostic tests like skin prick and pulmonary function tests.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients on proper use and side effects.
• Empower patients and families with life-changing education on allergen avoidance and asthma management.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and be a trusted partner in each patient’s journey to better health.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly and efficiently while upholding the highest standards of care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physician Assistant in Rhode Island, with NCCPA certification.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (asthma/allergy expertise is a bonus!).
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Strong skills in diagnosing, treating, and managing asthma and allergies.
• Leadership mindset – someone who can guide teams and optimize clinic performance.
• A patient-first approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
