Urgent Opportunity for a Physician Assistant | On-Site Occupational Health Clinic | Rhode Island
Location: Providence, Rhode Island Job Type: Contract – Short-Term with Potential Extension Start Date: June 2 – June 6, 2025 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Position Summary:
Rhino Medical is leading the charge in search of an experienced and professional Physician Assistant (PA) to support a Fortune 500 employer-based occupational health clinic in Rhode Island. This is a weekday-only, on-site position providing direct patient care to employees in Providence within a primary care and occupational medicine setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient care to working adults for minor illnesses, injuries, and preventive services

Conduct employment-related physicals and wellness evaluations

Perform routine screenings and diagnostics within scope of practice

Support compliance with OSHA and workplace health standards

Collaborate with on-site care teams and employer health leadership

Maintain timely and accurate patient records using eClinical Works
Qualifications:

Active Rhode Island Physician Assistant license

BLS certification (required)

Minimum 1 year of PA experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, or Occupational Medicine

Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently
