As a PA-C, you will work under the supervision of the physician/surgeon, and perform diagnostic and therapeutic tasks to allow the physicians to extend their services through the more effective use of his/her knowledge in the sphere of decision-making required to establish diagnosis and to plan therapy of their patients. You may assist in gathering the data necessary in implementing the therapeutic plan of the physician/surgeon. The work you do makes a tremendous impact!

Position: Physician Assistant Shift: Full time – 40 hours a week – Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays! Experience: 1. Two (2) years experience as physician assistant or Board eligible graduate. 2. Demonstrated ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary environment. Education: 1. Bachelor of Science degree or more in a physical science from an accredited institution required. 2. Must be a graduate of an accredited physician assistant/surgical assistant program.. Licensures/Certifications: 1. Must be certified or new graduate who is eligible for certification by the NCCPA (National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants). 2. Active license with Pennsylvania State Board of Medical Education and Licensure. 3.Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross). 4. ACLS certification. 5. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
