Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CRNP/PA to join our healthcare team. The CRNP/PA will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care, conducting physical exams and health assessments, and developing treatment plans.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop treatment plans for student patients, Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and make referrals as necessary.
Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions, Document patient encounters and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and stay current on best practices in healthcare.
Completes other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum qualifications:
Master’s degree for PA or CRNP from an accredited institution and 1-3 years of work -related experience.
Current Pennsylvania CRNP or PA-C certification.
Current Pennsylvania CRNP or PA license in good standing.
Preferred qualifications:
Alternately, the successful candidate may possess any equivalent combination of experience and training, which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the essential job functions. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Current Pennsylvania CRNP or PA license and certification
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Knowledge of electronic medical record systems
