Palm Health Resources is hiring experienced Cardiothoracic Advanced Practitioners located near Pittsburg, PA! Locum Contracts! 6 Months to start!
Contract Length: 26 weeks (6 months)
Shift Details: 7am-5pm ten-hour shifts,
Schedule: Monday thru Friday with call every 3rd weekend and every 3rd night. Full Continuum of Care Opportunity
Work Details:
- Support staff: 2 surgeons, 2 PA’s and 1 CRNP
- Amount of coverage needed per month: Monday-Friday; call every 3rd weekend and every 3rd night
- Patients per day: 3 OR cases a day includes, cardiac, and vascular/ office average 10/floor 10-12
- Patient population/age: Adult
- Department description: Cardiovascular OR & Clinic
- EMR: Cerner (Inpatient)/GE (Outpatient)
- Hospital bed size: 300
- Skills required: EVH System – Maquet: CABG, TAVR, AAA, AVR, MVR, trained in OR with first assist with endoscopic vein harvesting. Bedside procedures: CABG, AAA, AVR, and vascular. Must take vein and first assist.
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Yes, Cardiovascular
- State license required: State of PA or IMLC
- DEA: Preferred
- CSR: No
- Certifications required: ACLS & BLS
- Minimum experience required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 Days
