Position Overview
4Ever Young is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to participate in a comprehensive, hands-on training program in advanced aesthetic and wellness medicine.
This unique “trade-based” opportunity is designed for providers looking to expand their clinical skillset in a fast-growing, high-demand field in exchange for clinical oversight responsibilities and break into aesthetics.
What You’ll Gain (Training & Experience)
Participants will receive extensive training and hands-on experience in:
Aesthetic Medicine
- Neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport)
- Dermal fillers & biostimulators
- PRF/PRP treatments
- Microneedling & advanced skin treatments
Hormone Optimization
- Male & female hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
- Lab interpretation and protocol development
- Peptide Therapy
- Therapeutic peptide protocols
- Patient selection and monitoring
- Medical Weight Loss
- GLP-1 therapies (Semaglutide/Tirzepatide)
- Metabolic optimization strategiesRole & Responsibilities
In exchange for training, the provider will:
- Conduct patient evaluations and medical assessments
- Review medical histories, labs, and treatment eligibility
- Diagnose and medically clear patients for services and programs
- Provide clinical oversight to ensure patient safety and compliance
- Collaborate with the clinical and aesthetic team on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license (state-specific)
- Strong interest in aesthetics and functional/anti-aging medicine
- Willingness to learn and grow in a non-traditional training model
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment
