Job Title: Physician Assistant (PA)

Location: Main Line Weight Management Solutions – Swarthmore, PA and Newtown Square, PA

About Us: Main Line Weight Management Solutions is a patient-centered clinic dedicated to helping individuals achieve and maintain a healthy weight through physician supervised weight loss. We focus on comprehensive and personalized care for our patients.

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyle changes and will work closely with patients to help them reach and maintain their weight loss goals. The PA will play a vital role in assessing, educating, and managing patients throughout their weight loss journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial health assessments for new weight loss patients to develop tailored care plans
  • Manage and monitor the progress of ongoing weight loss patients through follow-up appointments
  • Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to support weight management
  • Perform injections as needed with proficiency and precision
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all patient encounters in the electronic medical record system
  • Answer and address patient phone calls with professionalism and care
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and maintain best practices for patient care

Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Pennsylvania
  • NCCPA certification
  • Valid DEA license
  • Previous experience in weight management, nutrition, semaglutide or a related field is a plus
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and a commitment to patient confidentiality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service-focused environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
