OverviewI am seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to join my healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions. This role is for someone seeking to transition out of the traditional healthcare sector. Out of the grind and into a direct primary care setting. Someone who is looking for the benefits of a big healthcare system- do not apply. This role is for someone who wants to love practicing medicine again, the way it should be. With time with your patients and your patients having access to you. Seeing 3-8 patients on a full day. Hour long appointments. Membership based practice. The APP will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients, ensuring they receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including taking vital signs and performing physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
• Perform venipuncture as required for various treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention.
• Utilize atlas.md for documentation and management of patient records.
• Ensuring adherence to best practices in patient care.

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner/ PA license with relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in primary care
• Experience with venipuncture.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly atlas.md (training provided), is preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $48,050.20 – $95,000.00 per year
