“`Job Summary“`We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting weight loss/hormone patient assessments and evaluations, and assisting in various medical procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital or primary care setting. Prior Med Spa experience a plus.
“`Responsibilities“`- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and review of symptoms- Perform diagnostic evaluations, order and interpret laboratory tests, and develop treatment plans- Assist in various medical procedures.- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on preventive healthcare measures and treatment options- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record.- Stay current with advancements in medical knowledge and technology through continuing education and professional development
“`Requirements“`- Valid Physician Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program- Experience working in a hospital or primary care setting preferred- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems- Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques, diagnostic evaluation methods, and treatment protocols, weight loss assessment/evaluations.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
