Full Job Description

We are searching for an exceptional RN, CRNP or PA with experience in aesthetic medicine to join our star Falcone Center team long term. We are a smaller staff of dedicated and skilled individuals. We have worked very hard over the past few years to cultivate a great group of people to care for our patients and each other. Everyone is a team player. Those who are not dedicated to learning, growing, working hard and supporting each other should not apply. You simply wouldn’t fit in with our group.

The Falcone Center is a unique practice and there is much to learn. We are willing to train and and expand skills but the candidate must have a strong foundation, a commitment to learning and a kind, patient, and pleasant disposition. This is not a practice where you will be left without supervision. Dr. Falcone is right there working with you, training you and ensuring patients are given excellent care and attention.

With a comprehensive approach to making patients look and feel better both inside and out, this NP/PA/RN will be expected to coordinate services and provide care for patients in all program areas (i.e., hormone replacement therapy, pre-and post-operative appointments, etc.). The candidate must be motivated to learn all aspects of the practice as they will assist with consultations, pre-operative appointments, and surgical procedures.

Our typical day starts with liposuction in the morning. The afternoon is spent with Botox and injectable filler treatments, lasers, PRP injections, Biote treatments, hair loss treatment, weight management visits and consultations. You must be able to meet the physical demands of the job as we spend a good part of the day standing.

The hours of operation are typically between 8:30am and 6:30pm during the week and 8:30-4pm on two Saturdays per month. Most employees work 35-40 hours per week. We are willing to hire part-time employees of at least 30 hours per week or have full-time hours available. You would have a day off during the week if working on a Saturday. Schedule flexibility is important in our practice. Every other Tuesday, some of the staff travel to a satellite facility in Maple Shade, NJ. Candidates should live within 20 miles of our Bala Cynwyd facility.

Some of the duties include the following:

  • Collaborate closely with Dr. Falcone and other members of the clinical team such as our aesthetician by cross-referring in order to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Perform a wide range of advanced injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other facial injectables, with precision, safety, and expertise.
  • Perform consultations, pre and post-operative appointments and surgical procedures. We are not looking for someone to only inject Botox and Fillers.
  • Educate clients about treatment options, expected results, and potential risks, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and before-and-after photos, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and practice standards.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Main contact for our Biote hormone replacement therapy program.
  • Phlebotomy and basic IV skills are required for this position.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic concerns, facial anatomy, and treatment goals, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments and innovations in injectable treatments and facial rejuvenation techniques and incorporate new technologies and products into the practice as appropriate.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and patient education efforts to promote injectable treatments and non-surgical facial rejuvenation services offered by the practice.
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities, advanced training programs, and professional conferences to expand knowledge and skills in the field of aesthetic medicine.
  • Continue to actively promote your results and the practice on your personal social media platforms to maximize your outreach impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as attract new clients to expand your client base.
  • Strong understanding of skincare products and the ability to recommend appropriate products for individual clients.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse, licensed in Pennsylvania with willingness to obtain a NJ license. MUST have some certifications in aesthetics medical procedures
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience performing advanced injectable treatments in a clinical setting, with a focus on facial rejuvenation.
  • Expertise in facial anatomy, injection techniques, and product selection, with a demonstrated ability to achieve natural-looking and aesthetically pleasing results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering exceptional results and patient satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current on emerging trends and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
