Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Build, Grow, and Lead Within a Modern Whole Health Practice
We are building a next-generation, integrated care model centered on longevity, performance, and whole-person health—and we are looking for a Physician Assistant who wants to be part of that vision.
Our practice goes beyond traditional primary care. We integrate metabolic optimization, hormone therapy, mental health, nutrition, and physical therapy into a cohesive, relationship-driven model. Patients come to us not just for treatment, but for long-term wellbeing, performance, and transformation.
We are seeking a clinician who sees medicine as more than a job—someone who wants to grow with a practice, develop expertise in a focused area, and play a meaningful role in scaling a high-impact care model.

Your Role Will Evolve:
You will begin by embedding within the clinical team—learning our model, supporting care delivery, and helping maintain a high standard of patient experience. As you grow, you will:
- Develop your own patient panel
- See new and follow-up patients independently
- Launch or expand a focused clinical service line
- Build a personal brand within your area of interest

- Clinically strong with a foundation in internal medicine or primary care (2+ years)

Compensation Structure:This is not a traditional salaried role. Compensation includes a base rate plus productivity-based earnings, designed for clinicians who want to align their income with their impact, efficiency, and contribution to growth.
Pay: From $55.00 per hour
