Locums Critical Care Physician Assistant in Hershey, Pennsylvania – No Call, Advanced Cardiac ICU Manage complex cardiovascular critical care patients on 13-hour shifts with no call and hands-on exposure to advanced mechanical circulatory support. Highlights: No call responsibilities Three 13-hour shifts per week Advanced cardiac critical care focus Long-term coverage Practice & Cases: Adult inpatient cardiovascular critical care with approximately 8-12 patients per shift Manage ECMO, Impella, LVAD, and cardiac transplant patients Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, order entry, and postoperative management Procedures include arterial and central lines, Swan Ganz catheter management, and IABP removal Schedule: Three 13-hour shifts per week Day and night shifts available Nights, weekends, and holidays are included in the rotation Requirements: Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Board Certified in Critical Care Active Pennsylvania license required ACLS and BLS required Logistics: Airfare and lodging are provided Rental car and mileage are provided Connect with us to discuss how the three-shift weekly schedule and advanced cardiac ICU case mix align with your availability.
