Full Job Description
Physician Assistant – Integrative Medicine Practice
The Hormone Center, an established integrative medical practice founded by Lauren Loya, M.D. in 2007, is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our growing team.
We are a private-pay practice focused on helping patients who often feel overlooked, dismissed, or underserved by traditional medical care.
At The Hormone Center, we believe the body is designed to heal when given the right support. Our providers take time to understand each patient’s story, evaluate the biochemical factors contributing to their symptoms, and create individualized treatment plans focused on long-term wellness.
About Our Practice
We emphasize the five pillars of health:
- Hormone balance
- Nutrition
- Exercise
- Sleep
- Stress management
Through comprehensive testing, including bloodwork, saliva testing, and other advanced assessments, we develop targeted treatment plans that include lifestyle recommendations, supplements, commercially available prescriptions, and compounded medications when appropriate.
This May Be the Right Fit If You Are
We are looking for a Physician Assistant who may be questioning whether traditional medicine is the only path. You may be feeling that there must be a better way to use your clinical skills, your training, and your desire to help patients.
The ideal candidate is curious, motivated, compassionate, and eager to learn an integrative approach to patient care.
What We Are Not
The Hormone Center is not a primary care office. We do not provide primary care. We encourage our patients to maintain relationships with their primary care providers, OB/GYNs, and other specialists.

- Willing to be trained on hormone pellet insertion
- Willing to be trained on botox administration
