Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Buckingham Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has been part of the Bucks County Community serving residents since 2010. As a Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will play a vital role in overseeing daily nursing operations and supporting our long-term care team in Newtown, PA.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing. As an ADON, you will assist in overseeing daily nursing operations, support preparation and participation in state and federal surveys, and monitor QI/QM data and survey reports to provide recommendations for improvement. You will also serve on the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee, participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration, and assist with discharge planning coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations

• Support preparation and participation in state and federal surveys

• Monitor QI/QM data and survey reports; provide recommendations for improvement

• Serve on the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee

• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Assist with discharge planning coordination

• Support staff development and regulatory compliance initiatives

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Previous Supervisor experience
