OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality medical care to patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care. You will be responsible for performing assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans while ensuring the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions under the supervision of a physician.
- Perform procedures such as triage, health coaching, and family planning.
- Utilize aseptic techniques during procedures to ensure patient safety.
- Collect and analyze patient data to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding health management and wellness.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems like Athena
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology.
- Experience in data collection and analysis for patient assessments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in performing triage assessments in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $137,026.00 – $144,612.00 per year
