Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional screening, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to clients in our OTP clinic
- Assess the physical, psychological, and social needs of each client and contribute to comprehensive care planning
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on client admissions and care decisions
- Ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing and client assessments in line with OTP regulatory standards
- Interpret and explain results from lab work, EKGs, imaging, and other diagnostics
- Recognize and respond to medical emergencies, including coordinating EMS transfers when needed
- Refer clients to internal counseling services and external providers as appropriate
- Participate in our shared after-hours call rotation with other healthcare providers
- Promote continuity of care by coordinating with mental health, dental, and other health services
- Engage in internal quality assurance and improvement activities
- Attend and contribute to regular administrative and clinical meetings
- Provide emergency preparedness and clinical guidance for staff training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $151,691.92 – $205,141.88 per year
