Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional screening, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to clients in our OTP clinic
  • Assess the physical, psychological, and social needs of each client and contribute to comprehensive care planning
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director on client admissions and care decisions
  • Ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing and client assessments in line with OTP regulatory standards
  • Interpret and explain results from lab work, EKGs, imaging, and other diagnostics
  • Recognize and respond to medical emergencies, including coordinating EMS transfers when needed
  • Refer clients to internal counseling services and external providers as appropriate
  • Participate in our shared after-hours call rotation with other healthcare providers
  • Promote continuity of care by coordinating with mental health, dental, and other health services
  • Engage in internal quality assurance and improvement activities
  • Attend and contribute to regular administrative and clinical meetings
  • Provide emergency preparedness and clinical guidance for staff training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $151,691.92 – $205,141.88 per year
