Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate

Full and Part-time roles available

Position in Saint Helens, OR

Salary: $100,000.00 – $195,000.00 per year + performance bonus opportunity

Salary range is based on days worked. We employ providers anywhere between one to five days a week, with most of our providers being on a four-day schedule.

Ascent Healthcare, headquartered in Portland, OR is a business that delivers generalized internal medicine and geriatric post hospitalization care to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. We have been in business for 13 years and we practice in over 40 skilled nursing facilities. Ascent Healthcare is now expanding its staff and has an exciting opportunity for a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner.
