The Waldorf Center for Plastic Surgery, a Forefront Practice, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead and manage our rapidly growing wellness program, which integrates GLP-1 medication for weight management.
This role is ideal for a provider passionate about holistic patient care, incorporating medical weight management, nutrition, exercise, and mental health counseling. This is an incredible opportunity to shape and deliver a comprehensive wellness program within a highly regarded plastic surgery practice.
New graduates with a background in health, fitness, and wellness, or experienced providers looking to expand into non-surgical aesthetic and wellness treatments, are highly encouraged to apply!
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary ($120,000 – $150,000) with bonus opportunities
  • Flexible schedule (4-5 days per week)

Responsibilities:

GLP-1 Clinic Leadership & Management
  • Lead and expand the GLP-1 wellness program within a thriving plastic surgery setting
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine patient candidacy
  • Order and interpret laboratory studies to assess metabolic health
  • Provide ongoing management of GLP-1 therapy, including dose adjustments and patient monitoring
Comprehensive Patient Counseling
  • Offer compassionate guidance in nutrition, exercise, and mental health alongside medical therapy
  • Educate patients on lifestyle modifications to support long-term success
  • Collaborate with plastic surgeons to optimize preoperative weight management for surgical candidates
Growth & Professional Development
  • Opportunity to expand into non-surgical treatments and medical aesthetic technologies
  • Work closely with a board-certified plastic surgeon and a highly skilled aesthetic team
  • Influence and refine wellness services in a high-end, patient-focused environment

Qualifications:

  • Background in health, wellness, or fitness (ideal for new grads)
  • Interest or experience in medical aesthetics (Botox, fillers, laser treatments) is a plus
  • Strong ability to work independently and lead a clinical program
  • Passionate about patient education and holistic health
