Full Job Description
We are looking for a Dynamic Physician Assistant to join our progressive Orthopedic team. You will have a combination of days in the clinic with your own schedule and days in the OR assisting in surgeries(training as needed). Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ needs and their wants and aim to fulfill them as well as possible
- Issue appropriate prescriptions and administer medicine, order tests etc. as needed
- Inform physicians about any problems or discrepancies that might arise
- Acquire and review patient histories identifying abnormal conditions
- Monitor patients’ progress and keep records of treatments, surgeries or other medical events through EHR documentation (Athena currently used).
- Provide help during surgeries (training provided as needed)
- Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for our patients by following our mission statement.
- Skills
- Proven work experience as a certified physician assistant preferably in foot and ankle (Podiatry) and/or Orthopedics
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Caring and compassionate

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 – $137,500.00 per year
