Job Summary:
CardioRenal Therapeutics is a national leader in post-acute Cardiology and Nephrology clinical care. Currently, we are looking to fill an immediate position for a qualified Cardiac and Nephrology Specialty Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join us in the Gresham, OR area. This position is open to clinicians looking for full-time work. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys learning, loves working with the geriatric population, and someone who wants to grow with our quickly growing company.
You will work closely with a supervising cardiologist and nephrologist, delivering clinical care to sub-acute and long term care patients. Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: One Year of specialty care experience minimum.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and communicate with facility leadership and their Medical Director.
- Provide high-quality care to the facility’s residents while demonstrating a kind and caring demeanor.
- Be a subject matter expert in cardiac and nephrology medicine.
- Complete all documentation in a timely manner.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $130,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
