Compensation: $133,700 – $161,800 a year (based on years of experience) + Annual bonus’ up to $16k a year!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am–5:00pm

Daily Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary doctor for older adults, providing routine care, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating with specialists and the care team
- Ensure seamless, whole?person care across clinics, homes, and facilities, including occasional home visits within Springfield
Qualifications:
- Active and Unrestricted Oregon state NP or PA licensure
- Current and valid DEA certification and valid Oregon state driver’s license
