UHC Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, physician-led specialty practice in Salem, Oregon seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing team. We will tell you all about the specialty in the screening call.

Position OverviewOutpatient Clinic Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
Inpatient / Hospital Responsibilities (Rotational)
- Assist physicians with inpatient consults and rounding
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with care teams
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
- Collaborate with hospitalists and specialty providers
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- NCCPA certification required
- Active Oregon PA license or ability to obtain prior to start
- ACLS certification preferred
- Specialty practice experience preferred but not required
